Polz Apart teaches adult pole dancing classes for fun and fitness.

We have beginner, intermediate and advanced pole classes from 14 years and above in Parkstone.

Adult Classes from 14 years

All classes are one hour and include warm up and cool down.

We advise t-shirt, shorts and trainers/dance pumps or bare feet. Please avoid moisturising before class as this makes the poles slippy.

Please Note:
• Packs can be used in any of our Adult Pole or Aerial Classes in our 2 locations.
• All class packs must be used within 60 days.
• 24 hrs Cancellation policy (non refundable or transferable).
• Please be mindful Aerial Dance is a challenging sport and requires regular attendance and commitment.
